Dena graduated from Towson University in 2004, obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. In 2009, Dena went on to gain a second Bachelors Degree in Art Education all while working for the Chris Cooke Team.
Prior to joining the Chris Cooke Team, Dena worked in the mortgage industry and then as an Assistant to another Baltimore Real Estate Agent. As Team Advertising Manager, she is responsible for implementing advertising strategies. She applies her background in art to assist in designing and implementing all direct mail campaigns, and print marketing ads. Dena also provides additional support to Teresa and Liz with any and all transaction and marketing tasks.
Dena resides in Federal Hill where she has lived for the past 5 years. When not in the office, Dena enjoys running, biking, cooking, walking her dog Chloe, and traveling. |

Karen began her career in real estate after relocating to Baltimore
from Woodbridge, Connecticut where she managed the office of one of the area’s
most prominent car dealerships. Driven by her love of the Baltimore area and
passion for working with people, Karen obtained her real estate license and
joined RE/MAX in 2005. Karen‘s knowledge of the Baltimore area, attention to
detail, and work ethic has earned her a reputation as one of the area’s best
Buyers Agents. Karen has assisted countless first-time homebuyers during her
career.
As the mother of a daughter who recently graduated from the PharmD
program at the University of Maryland Pharmacy School, Karen understands the
unique needs of first time home buyers and medical students interested in
purchasing or renting. Karen resides in Fells Point with her husband James.

Kerri came to us from another Baltimore real estate team. She prides

lifetime. Born and raised in Maryland, and residing in Federal Hill for the
last 10 years, Kerri began her real estate career in 2001. She has been
working at RE/MAX Sails full time for over 3 years. Kerri has sold real
estate in over 50 neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City, and Baltimore
County. She has been interviewed by the Baltimore Sun on numerous occasions
and is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Liz joined our
team in 2010. Prior to working for the Chris Cooke Team, Liz spent three
years as the Office Manager of another RE/MAX location where she was
responsible for managing an office of ten agents. As Office Manager, she was
responsible for payroll, accounting, and marketing for the entire office.
Prior to working as an Office Manager, Liz worked as an Administrative
Assistant to another Baltimore area real estate team. She has seven years of
experience working in the real estate industry.
As a long time
resident of Baltimore City, Liz has extensive knowledge of Baltimore’s many
neighborhoods. Liz serves as Marketing Manager for the Chris Cooke Team. As
Marketing Manager, she is responsible for implementing property marketing
strategies including; enhancing pictures of client properties, setting up
print and web marketing ads, designing client brochures, and setting up
client digital and print marketing efforts. When not in the office, Liz
enjoys spending time at the beach, running, and playing with her two dogs. |

Teresa joined our team in 2008. Before working for The Chris Cooke
Team, Teresa worked for a non-profit where she cared for children with
special needs. A graduate of Towson University with a degree in Accounting,
Teresa is very focused and detail-oriented.
Teresa serves as Settlement
Manager for the Chris Cooke Team. As Settlement Manager, she is responsible
for coordinating and managing all client settlements. Teresa handles all
listing and contract paper work, scheduling inspections, appraisals, and settlements,
and communicating with clients about their transaction status. As Settlement
Manager for the Chris Cooke Team she has been responsible for coordinating
settlement for over 400 transactions. Teresa is also a licensed notary.
Teresa resides with her
husband and two dogs in Canton where she has lived for the past few years.
When not working in real estate, Teresa enjoys vacationing, working out,
cooking, and entertaining. |
